• By purchasing, you confirm you have the authority to use the Product.

• We may refuse service at our discretion.

2. Products and Services

• The Product is a downloadable one-page document. 

• Intended for informational, educational, or reference purposes only. Not a substitute for professional project management advice.

• The Product is subject to availability; we may discontinue it without prior notice.

3. Purchase & Payment

• If we cancel the service before the inspection, only unearned fees may be refunded.

• Disputes resolved under Singapore courts’ jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance

• Booking and using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
